Alex and Saiphin Moore opened their first market stall in London’s Brick Lane in 2007. Now the couple run Rosa’s Thai Café, a restaurant business with 15 sites across London. In our video they talk about the highs and lows of their entrepreneurial journey, from turning an old burned out café into their first bricks and mortar restaurant to re-mortgaging their house to finance the second Rosa’s.

During the growth phase of hard work and long hours they turned down a serious offer from investors, determined to make their own way. Their efforts have paid off and created one of London’s most fascinating restaurant chains, which is predicted to turnover £15m in the next 12 months.
